Reser is pleased to announce that the brazilian team of Reser organises the 1st meeting of the Latin-American and Caribbean network on services research (REDLASS) on 17 to 19 november 2010

Linse, linked to the business department of Brazilia University will organise the conference in Brazilia. It would serve as a useful forum for representatives of the academic, government and business sectors committed to the study of services and services systems.

The event is organised to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the first RESER Conference and highlight the role of RESER as a Europe-wide association of scholars in promoting research on different dimensions of services and providing scientific background and advice for shaping services inclusive policies at regional/national/European level.

As part of the 50th ERSA Congress, to be held next August in Jönköping, Sweden, Prof. Juan R. Cuadrado-Roura (University of Alcala. Madrid) plans to organize a special session under the title: Service industries and territory.
