Joint workshop of RESER and the European Commission held in Brussels, 15th october , 2010 .
The event was organised to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the first RESER Conference and highlights the role of RESER as a Europe-wide association of scholars in promoting research on different dimensions of services  and providing scientific background and advice for shaping services inclusive policies at regional/national/European level. The aim of the workshop THE RESILIENCE OF  SERVICE ECONOMY is to  develop a dialogue regarding the most pressing issues that service researchers and policy makers need to address to support the creation of service inclusive policies that will enhance the competitiveness of the European economy.”
