Jean Philippe , P.Yves Léo (Aix en Provence) and MC Monnoyer (Toulouse) have obtained a research contract from french ministry PUCA to analyse the composition of business services in medium size cities.
Four cities are studied , 2 in France (Avignon et Tarbes), 1 in Spain (Granada), 1 in Slovenia (Ljubljana)
