“Managing Operations in Service Economies”. Call for papers

This conference is in recognition of the growing weight of service activities in today’s economies and the challenges created by this change. Manufacturers are increasingly offering products with a high service component and the frontiers between goods and services is increasingly blurred. This theme is therefore both relevant for services and manufacturing operations. Papers on other areas of Operationial Management are also welcome.

The conference will be preceded by the 9th EurOMA Doctoral Seminar on June 4-5 and the 2nd Young Scholars Workshop on June 6.
