Professor William B. Beyers, University of Washington, Seattle, USA will receive the RESER 2010 Award for life-time achievement in the field of services research. He will present a key note lecture at this year’s RESER conference in Gothenburg. A second key note lecture will be given by Maureen McKelvey from Gothenburg University
