The Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at Aalto University School of Science and Technology organizes SEM2010 cordially invite PhD candidates interested in services research topics to participate in this cross-disciplinary program.

SEM2010 continues the tradition started in 2006 as the gathering of academics and doctoral candidates interested in Service Engineering and Management. Encouraged by the positive feedback of the previous annual events, we offer the SEM Summer School of 2010 with two current service themes. Once again, we encourage also our networks of practitioners to participate in the keynote lecture sessions of their interest.
