Track 1: CUSTOMER INTEGRATION IN SERVICE PROVISION
by prof. Sabine Möller, International.University. Schloß Reichartshausen (EBS), Germany Track 2: TECHNOLOGICALLY BASED INNOVATION IN SERVICES by prof. Christiane Hipp, Brandenburg University of Technology, Cottbus, Germany Track 3: SYSTEMS SCIENCE PERSPECTIVES ON SERVICES by prof. Kyoichi Kijima, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan The course award 4 ECTS credits. It is free of charge, but requires a short paper and registration in advance. The course is restricted to PhD-students only - for others, there is a FREE ACCESS TO EXTENDED KEYNOTE LECTURES Participants will have to cover their travel and accommodation costs individually ( information on recommended hotels in Helsinki will be provided) .
