PhD students also get the opportunity for personal contact with the most distinguished scholars in the service studies field as well as with other PhD students interested in service topics.

Researchers belonging to institutional members (university, research institute or an administrative organisation)  are exempted from the payment of membership fee (up to 8 members of the institution).
