RESER-COVAL conference: Move to 100% virtual/on-line

Message from the organiser of the 30th RESER-COVAL conference

Dear colleagues,

The final decisions concerning the RESER congress & Co-VAL conference have been taken by the RESER and COVAL boards and by us, as organizing committee.

  • 100% virtual events. Given the still bad conditions regarding mobility restrictions all over the world and in Madrid in particular, our January RESER Congress & COVAL Conference (January 21-22) and other related events (winter school on service innovation January, 18-19-20, 2021, and workshop on servitization, smart services and industry 4.0, January 20, 2021) will all be 100% online. We do not envisage a blended option (some people in the rooms) except, maybe, for the winter school on business and public service innovation. We will provide details for connection to participants a couple of weeks in advance.
  • Second and last extension of deadline for abstract submission: October 30th, 2020. Given the opportunity virtual events suppose for researchers and practitioners having difficulties to travel, in particular from far away non-European areas, we have postponed the deadline for submission of abstract by about 1 month, till the end of October. So, please, do not hesitate to contacting other colleagues that may be interested in participating by submitting an abstract.
    Call for paper here.
  • Registrations fees have changed: for-free participation in the congress plus option for a premium registration. We have decided a new set of registrations fees being regular participation in all sessions for free, for those who register early bird before November 30th 2020. There will be an optional premium registration (100 Euros) for those participants who decide for certificate of participation, e-book of abstracts and annual RESER membership. More details at the end of this message and at the Web page (currently updating all these changes). Those who have already paid the presential fee will be reimbursed back with the corresponding amount in bilateral contact with the registered participants.
  • Finally, just to confirm you that the days and also the plenary program are the same as if we were on the presential scenario. As soon as we can, we will send to you the parallel sessions program.

Looking forward to meeting you virtually in Alcala,

The organizing committee
